Deorro to Perform Post-Match DJ Set
Fans can stay for a thrilling DJ set by international EDM and Latin music artist Deorro, sponsored by Dios Az l Tequila, after the game. The performance will be shown on the stadium’s television boards and will take place in the Sycuan Piers at the south end. Fans are advised to congregate on the east side for the best view and concession access.
East vs. West Showdown
With both teams near the top of their leagues, this is the first time San Diego FC and Nashville SC have ever met. Nashville is in second place in the East, one point behind FC Cincinnati, while San Diego is in the lead in the Western Conference.
Ian Pilcher scored his first MLS goal in San Diego’s 1-1 home draw with Vancouver Whitecaps FC. As a result, SDFC’s home record now stands at 6-3-4, and the team now has 43 points from 24 games.
Young Backline Steps Up
In the game against Vancouver, SDFC was missing eight regulars, including defender Christopher McVey, who missed his season-opening game. The team used one of the youngest starting backlines in MLS history while he was away:

SDFC Trio Shines at MLS All-Star Game
On July 23, in Austin, three San Diego FC players—Hirving Chucky Lozano, Anders Dreyer, and Jeppe Tverskov—played for the team in the 2025 MLS All-Star Game. Each of the three contributed thirty minutes to MLS’s 3-1 victory over the Liga MX All-Stars. In the club’s history, these were the first All-Star selections.

San Diego FC’s Keeper of the FLOW for the evening will be actor Brian Baumgartner, who is most known for his role as Kevin Malone in The Office. He is part of a group of prominent people that assist start the club’s matchday ritual, which celebrates community spirit and solidarity.
