Piazza Carmel, a retail complex in Carmel Valley including food and shopping options, has been refinanced with a $66 million loan.
AWalker and DunlopOn behalf of Baldwin & Sons, who have owned and operated the facility since building the property in the early 1990s, the Irvine Capital Markets team, headed by Gregory Richardson and Sean Skelton, secured the fixed-rate loan.
There are also banking, dental, and personal services companies at the center, which is situated at 3804-3890 Valley Centre Drive and 3775-3881 Valley Centre Drive.
The money needed to retire the current commercial mortgage-backed securities loan came from PGIM Real Estate.
