Cleveland is seeing the start of a new house development that provides some fantastic possibilities for potential new homebuyers. On Thursday, August 21, Modtec Homes hosted a ribbon-cutting event on West Jarrard Street for the White County Chamber of Commerce.
High-quality prefabricated 800 square foot, two-bedroom homes that are tailored to a specific community need are available at West Jarrard Village.
Modtec’s Tom Williams is on WRWH 93.9 FM. The quality of each home was discussed on Friday morning. Once they are put in position, they are finished. Trucks bring them in and use the crane to lift them in. They possess incredible strength. The combined weight of the two buildings is approximately 23,000 tons. They are therefore very heavy.Modtech Homes’ Tom Williams discusses the new Cleveland house development. The WRWH Radio/Dean Dyer
Williams claims that in addition to building homes in Cleveland, they are also creating jobs. We recently hired a high school student from outside of White County. There, they have a work program. According to Williams, Kathy London is in charge of it. He is currently employed by us and plans to attend trade school while staying on staff.
Grass mowing, pruning, and other outdoor tasks will be managed by the homeowners association.
This Saturday, August 23, from 1-3 pm, Modtech will host an open house at 184 West Jarrard Street in Cleveland. Potential purchasers are welcome to visit and view them.
