The anticipated prize for Tuesday’s drawing of the multi-state Mega Millions lottery has increased to $130 million after no tickets were sold that matched all six numbers in the most recent drawing.
The Mega Millions Consortium, which runs the game, declared that although no tickets with five numbers were sold, the Mega Ball was absent.
The Mega Ball was 7, and the numbers that were drawn on Friday were 14, 21, 25, 49, and 52. The jackpot was projected to be $120 million.
The drawing was the eighth since the last time a ticket with all six numbers was sold.
