Has a taco with meat so good that it has its own Facebook page ever caught your attention?

The filling at Crack Taco Shop is that delicious. The meat is the crack, indeed.

Cardiff Crack Tri-tip originates from Cardiff-by-the-Sea’s Seaside Market, a well-known specialty shop across the street from the statue of the Cardiff Kook.According to Ron Abbo, our proprietor, we buy our Tri-tip twice a week. On-site, we marinate it in a marinade made with burgundy peppers, and then we tumble the meat to add the seasoning. We roast it in an oven and sear it fresh after letting it sit for a day to tenderize it. It isn’t grilled. We make all of our cuisine from scratch. Our tortillas, too. They are cooked to order and repressed. We prepare our own salsas, pico de gallo, and guacamole. The crack taco is undoubtedly our best-selling item, but Abbo also mentioned that the al pastor taco and the IPA battered fish taco are both highly favored. In addition to these tacos, the Crack Taco Shop offers a wide variety of other items that will entice you to return time and time again to try them all.

Burritos, tacos, quesadillas, nachos, fries, and even breakfast bowls and burritos all contain the tri-tip. Traditionally made with goat meat, birria is today usually stewed beef with earthy and spicy characteristics.

Before being cooked, the meat is traditionally marinated in an adobo sauce, which typically consists of vinegar, dried chiles, garlic, and other spices. served with a dipping sauce and in a freshly made tortilla. There are also vegetarian and keto burritos available.

The company launched a new shop in Seaport Village last year, and plans are underway to open two more Crack Taco Shops in Coronado and Encinitas. It all comes down to delicious cuisine, excellent service, and high quality.
