by According to charges filed this week, a Rochester man sexually molested a girl beginning at the age of 14, and the victim eventually became pregnant and gave birth to his child.
Pierre Stanifer, 42, faces two counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct after the now-19-year-old victim came forward to police last month.
She claimed police she was 14 years old when she had a “sexual relationship with a family friend,” known as Stanifer, and became pregnant with his child when she was 15. The baby is due in February 2022.
According to the accusations, Stanifer sexually assaulted the girl at his residence in southeast Rochester, and the victim claimed he would meet her at a park before driving her back to his house.
“The last time they had sex, Victim told Stanifer that she did not want to, but Stanifer still had sex with her,” according to the accusations.
According to the complaint, a DNA test on the victim’s child verified Stanifer’s paternity. Stanifer denied sexually abusing the victim.
